Manage your licence

Your Korva licence runs on one computer at a time. Moving to a new machine? You have two ways to free it up.

Best way: deactivate in the app

On the computer you’re leaving, open Korva, click Pro in the top bar, and choose Deactivate this device. That frees your licence instantly. Then enter your key on the new computer to activate it there.

Old computer gone or broken?

If you can’t get to the old machine, sign in to your account portal and remove the old device’s activation yourself. Use the email address you bought with — Polar emails you a one-time sign-in code, no password. From there you can see your licence key, download your invoices, and free up a device so you can activate Korva on the new computer.
