Free and Pro, activating your key, moving to a new computer and refunds.

1. What can I do with Korva Free, and what does Pro add? With Korva Free you can open and edit .pub files and export your first project as often as you like (PDF, picture or print). Korva Pro is a one-time $49 for one computer and adds exporting every other project, saving editable .kva files, converting a whole folder of .pub files, mail merge and master pages.
2. How do I activate Korva Pro with my licence key? Click the Free button in Korva's title bar, then I have a licence key. Paste the key from your receipt email into Licence key and click Activate Pro. You need an internet connection once, to activate; after that Korva Pro works offline. Korva Pro
3. I lost my Korva licence key. How do I get it back? In Korva, open the licence window and click Lost your key? Sign in with your purchase email. It opens the customer portal (polar.sh/korva/portal). Enter the email address you bought with, type the one-time code Polar emails you, and your licence key is shown there. Korva Pro
4. How do I move Korva Pro to a new computer? On the old computer, click Pro in the title bar, then Deactivate this device and Yes, deactivate. Then activate the same key on the new computer. If the old computer is lost or broken, free its activation in the customer portal (polar.sh/korva/portal) first. Korva Pro
5. How do I get a refund for Korva Pro? Email support@korsund.com within 14 days of buying, from (or naming) the email address you bought with, and ask for a refund. You get the full $49 back, no questions asked. The refund goes through Polar, our payment provider, and your licence key stops working when it does. Korva Pro
6. Does Korva Pro work without an internet connection? Yes. You need the internet once, to activate. After that Korva checks your licence each time it starts, and if it can't reach the licence server, Pro keeps working for 30 days from the last successful check. After 30 days offline Korva switches to the Free plan until you start it once with an internet connection; nothing else is lost. Korva Pro
